I am a former lawyer turned corporate trainer and performance/wellness coach. My mission is to live with areté and I can help you to achieve this. Areté is a Greek word with the basic meaning of "excellence", and it has a deeper meaning along the lines of "expressing the best version of ourselves". When we express the best version of ourselves there's no room for regret and negativity. We can flourish and be happy. How do we live with areté? - Embrace the hero within us and live our own hero's journey and not the stories that other people attempt to write for us. Finding your voice to tell your story. - Uncover your passion and purpose - Equip your mind to become antifragile through sports mental coaching/sports psychology - Finding balance through breathwork and yoga - Goal setting and staying focused I am also an ultra trail runner hoping to explore more of the world on my own feet. I am also a twice breast cancer survivor and hoping to help all those who have gone through challenges of their own to thrive. Will you join me in this mission to live with areté?
