PGLS 

As a PM, I am responsible for the full life-cycle management (project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources) of projects from multiple clients, including managing their needs and expectations. I analyze cost estimates and prepare quotes adhering to contract terms and conditions, select the best-suited resource to provide high-quality results while keeping within the department’s budget to meet the profit targets. In addition, I perform Quality Assurance of all deliverables to ensure the Client’s and PGLS’ quality standards are fulfilled.

My responsibilities also include developing accurate reports mainly for PGLS executive management and Clients. I provide the Payables and Receivables report for the Accounting Department on a monthly basis, as well as regular status and projection reports by analyzing data and KPIs.

I’m constantly collaborating with the Recruiting/Vendor Management Department to identify and onboard additional resources.

Other activities include developing and updating procedures and guidelines, keeping track of Client and Vendor feedback for continuous improvement, and making sure these are documented.
I’ve successfully completed a series of In-company training such as Introduction to memoQ, File Prep, SDL Trados, and Plunet BMS.

- Rapidly became familiarized with industry standards, tools and techniques, metrics, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborated in SOP and WI creation and maintenance (proposed improvements for standard procedures).
- Completed Interpreter Coordinator cross-training and provided support as needed.
- Collaborated in the implementation and testing of the TBMS (Plunet)
- Prepared and provided training to support staff.

Localization Project Manager

FAS ARTS Management

Responsible for organizing the logistics of Bands, Orchestras, Ballets or artists on tour, and making sure that everything runs smoothly and on time. Usual tasks included:

- Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest (information on itineraries, destinations, and culture).

- Checking tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations, and any special requirements as well as helping with passport and immigration issues
- Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary.
- Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, transport arrangements, meals, and service are satisfactory thus ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group.
- Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements; liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants, and other clients.
- Writing reports and maintaining records;
- Organizing and attending tourism events.

Tour Manager

Astor Piazzolla Quintet

Responsible for organizing the logistics for the tour, making sure that everything runs smoothly and on time. Usual tasks include:

- Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of the group.
- Checking tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations, and any special requirements as well as helping with passport and immigration issues
- Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements; liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants, and other clients.
- Writing reports and maintaining records

Achievements
- Organized tours in South America, North America, Europe and Asia.
- Organized the Piazzolla Experience at the Konex, Centennial edition: an event that celebrated the music of the great Argentine composer, one hundred years after his birth.

Crepevine Restaurant

Setting up and preparing the dining room(s) prior to service, handling reservations, welcoming and greeting customers and coordinating the work of the waiting staff (Food Runner, Busser, Hostess, Server, Register)

•	Present recommendations to executives and management, including but not limited to, strategies for the development of training and communications material, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
•	Oversee the messaging, brand designs, deliverables and communications across departmental areas. Management of communications campaign for Website content and traffic flow strategy. Managing customer service measurement process for production teams
•	Translate complex finance messages into human speak using state of the art tools and creativity. 
•	Measure customer service and overall training effectiveness through the development of benchmarks and interpreting data relative to the benchmarks. 
•	Creating content from scratch and communicating the message to executive leadership and other business partners. 
•	Navigating through the skill levels of various team members, independently managing the work of others on projects to drive results
