As the 'Brand Guardian' and design leader at Klevu Oy,  I ensure consistent 'Brand Experience (BX) all across platforms, collaborating closely with the Product, Marketing, and Partnership teams.

I develop strategic designs using a 'User-Centered Design' process, analyzing UX trends to cultivate a design-focused environment within the company.  I oversee the design team and projects and provide mentorship while leading creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.

My responsibilities encompass Creative vision for the brand, design systems, budget management, user research, and staying up-to-date with the latest design technology, all integral to achieving our design goals.

I established and led the design studio, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to execution. My role involved translating clients' marketing objectives into clear innovative strategies and briefs for the design and development teams. I worked closely with multidisciplinary project teams, including graphic designers, writers, developers, SEO experts, and sales. I led and directed the creative team in producing all creative assets while ensuring visual communication and brand standards were met internally and externally.

In addition, I designed client pitches and prepared proposals, taking an active role in client interactions and explaining campaign strategies and solutions to clients and internal teams. I maintained a hands-on approach by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to ensure top-notch performance from the creative team. 

Moreover, I played a pivotal role in hiring and training new design team members, contributing to the continuous growth and success of the studio.

ZIVENE Design & Development Pvt. Ltd.

As the Communication Design Lead at Zivene Design and Development, I played a pivotal role in establishing Q-Studio and the Kids brand 'G.A.M.E.' I led a dynamic team, developed strategies, and conducted brainstorming sessions to deliver innovative solutions for clients as well as for the business.

Additionally, I managed talent acquisition, oversaw product design and development, organized photo shoots, and coordinated with suppliers and manufacturers. 

I also created brand identities and guidelines for Zivene, Q-Studio, and G.A.M.E. My responsibilities extended to promoting the studio and brand at design seminars and events.
