Mo’ is the Co-Founder and CEO at SkillHat - a global tech company launching people of colour, women and North America's newcomers to dream tech careers through e-learning, career coaching and staffing services. Channeling his passion for education, Mo’ has developed globally accredited training courses with PMI, IIBA & Scrum Alliance. He has trained 700+ Project Managers, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Software Developers, Business Analysts and Product Owners, who are now thriving in their mission driven-careers. He is a seasoned tech executive with 10 years’ experience leading global teams to develop new products, drive incremental revenue, and streamline national operations. Mo' has driven significant business growth within the domains of e-learning, insurance, e-health, and government, at companies such as City of Toronto, Andela & Marsh Canada. Within these large, complex enterprises, he also led PMOs (Project Management Office) & facilitated digital & agile transformation. Mo' possesses an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in Information Technology. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
