I've built my career from the ground up, starting as an operative on a production line and working my way up to a senior manager level. With 20 years of experience in the manufacturing , I am an accomplished Manager and Leader and a reputation for being an inspiring and influential. Throughout my career, I've focused on cutting organizational costs, building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, increasing productivity, strengthening compliance, and delivering improvements to overall business performance. I am known for my exceptional leadership skills, ability to influence and motivate people, lead teams to achieve high performance, and my outgoing personality and strong communication skills. Why Am I doing what im doing?👇 Because that I am passionate about leadership and am very people-focused. I believe that people are the heart of every business.
