Led service team of 22 technicians. Responsible for management of 100 accounts in NH, ME and VT. Worked with clients such as Centrix Bank, Northway Bank and Merrimack Savings Bank.
 
• Created first associate recognition week to recognize associate contributions and results. 
• Controlled costs and met deadlines by developing a metric system to track service projects and preemptively identify problem areas.

Customer Solutions Manager

Citizens Bank

Managed a staff of up to 30 employees including hiring, mentoring, training, performance evaluation and team motivation.  Administered a lease portfolio, negotiating contracts and a wide range of administrative duties. 

• Created programs to ensure effective quality assurance and compliance within the New England 400 unit remote ATM Network containing inventory worth over $6.5M. 
• Served as on-loan executive for Manchester United Way Campaign assisting in relationship development with 30 large local companies. Successfully met all fundraising campaign objectives by instituting best practices.

Assistant Vice President, Card Product and ATMs

Developed sales and service curriculum for new hire bankers and tellers. Delivered leadership training to retail personnel. Provided on-site coaching to teller and sales staff. Certified in Quality Assurance Training program; executed train the trainer series to a wide retail audience. Provided emcee services for sales, team and staff meetings.	

• Designed and delivered training programs for approximately 1,000 employees.

First NH Bank (Purchased by Citizens Bank)

Managed banking sales and teller staff of 30 in bank's flagship office. Developed customer relationships with focus on retention. Conducted business development, training interviewing.

• Managed 30 staff members within $500M location.
• Developed team by combining customer retention events and team building activities.

Assistant Branch Manager

Supervised teller staff, mentored colleagues on sales and service training. Established relationships with consumer and commercial customer base. Accompanied branch manager on business development calls, assisted bankers when needed, Implemented new service model to alleviate wait time during peak business hours.

This means I will give my full attention,

A WORRIER and a WARRIOR?

WORRIERS are stuck in their thoughts.

WARRIORS act!

I remember my brother Peter's terminal cancer journey.

We were both scared.

We were uncertain.

I knew what was required of me at that moment.

I took on his WORRY.

And became a WARRIOR.

To ensure he got the best care.

To support his family.

To help him die peacefully, and painlessly.

Here is what I learned on that journey:

My WORRY would not bring comfort.

My WARRIOR mentality and actions did.

Whatever you are going through right now,

It's normal to experience fear, uncertainty, and worry.

Adopting a WARRIOR mindset and acting will

Serve you, 

Adopting a WORRIER mindset 

Will not.
