A summary of what I've done and liked and want to continue doing: 1) Pure developer: Just the fact that there is nothing to distract me is awesome 2) Lead developer: Lots of talks, meetings and communications and having global view of the project is fun but really challenging. 3) Architect: After the first application I did for trivago I started to design the architecture of the next applications and learn from the mistakes that showed up 2 years later. Still accepting challenges. 4) Trainer: I don't even know how I end up doing it but started to like the process of preparing the new members of the team. Defining the whole process and testing them to see how capable and talented they are. 5) Mentoring: During working hours and sometimes outside of work I help my teammates to further develop their career and give them better vision on decision they want to make. 6) Last but not least I like building things with high values that normally take others a long time :) I dont like just to be given tasks and do whatver the company asks but more work with companies so we get the best out of each other
