My Main mission is to Build and Manage the Software Engineering and Delivery Center of Casablanca, leading large organization (80 People) in order to ensure Final Customer value and Business Units satisfaction.

My main responsibilities include:

   - Define the Delivery Center Roadmap and Strategy over 5 Years.
   - Construct and execute the Business Plan and Technology Roadmap.
   - Build the service Catalog (project Delivery Models, Engagement levels).
   - Financial planning, ROI, PnL and annual budget responsibility.
   - Deploy Security Plans, GDPR Policy, & Disaster Recovery Plan.
   - Workforce Planning, Allocating resources to projects, products & bids.

HR: Hire and coach The Teams, the Skill Center and manage the staffing plan.
   - Build High performing teams with a common Culture.
   - Ramp up Engineering, Product Owners, QA, HR and Operations
   - Performing Professional Development Discussion and monitoring the process of Annual Assessment Discussions interviews

Operations, project and Program Management:
   - Managing multiple teams, including, project managers, product owners, Senior software Architects, QA Managers and developers.
   - Ensuring the delivery of Offshore projects (Delivery Models, Agile transformation, People and stakeholders management).
   - Supervise Design architectures and technologies according to CTO Strategy.

Directeur du centre de services 

In charge of the Card processing and payment system of TOTAL (CAC40) across 5 countries in Europe.
The payment platform offers to transportations professionals in Europe the ability to use TOTAL Fidelity Cards as a payment Card across a network of TOTAL Stores and partners, with fleet management functionalities, tracking and detailed billing.  Generating a 7 Bn Euro in Annual payment transactions.
 
My Main responsibilities include: 
•	Managing the Transition of the contract from Lyon to Rabat Delivery center.
o	Hire Teams, Manage the Transition Plan and Transfer criteria. 
•	Offshore Delivery Manager: 
o	Ensuring SLA, Customer engagement, PnL and financial reporting.
o	Managing a Team of 25, including project Managers, Engineers and testers.
o	Customer Management and Steering committee responsible.
•	 Managing new features planning and Delivery :
o	E-wallet, Gigya Saas Authentication, Eco Cards for Electric Cards.

Leading successfully the delivery of the Moroccan OnLine Income-tax Declaration and Payment system: SIMPLIR (simplir.tax.gov.ma). 
SimplIR is an electronic service used by Morrocan companies to declare taxes on-line in a secure way.
Since 2014, on-line tax declaration is mandatory by regulatory laws in Morocco.

Main responsibilities:
- Project Planning (cost, content, time and risk).
- Team Management (10 Engineers): Tasks planning and Individual Performance Reviews.
- Solution Design & validation.

 Managing the delivery of the following features:

 - Tax forms Dematerialization, 
 - Electronic Signature system (XADES), 
 - On-line payment solution connected to the first Morrocan e-payment provider MTC.
 - ETL System for data exchange between Web Portals and tax business system.

Project Manager of "simpladhesion.tax.gov.ma"  :
SimplAhdesion offers Moroccan companies a dematerialized end-to-end solution to check and register into Tax on-lines services using Barid e-sign certificates. 

The solution is based on the following technologies:
 Electronic certificates token based, PKI, Active Directory, BULL MetaPKI, Tivoli Access Manager, JSF2, Spring web flow, Java Crypto API.

Principal developer of the SIMPLIS Project for the Moroccan Tax Departement:
simplis.tax.gov.ma

- Dematerialization, Electronic Data Interchange, ETL and electronic Signature system
- JEE Development: Design Patterns, Struts, Spring, hibernate, JasperReports, DB2, Websphere.
