A £1.2bn Telecoms distribution firm serving network operators and retailers with a BPO proposition. 

Reporting to the Group CEO and UK MD with responsibilities for Logistics and IT across Europe.  

Providing logistics services to include technical repairs for mobile phones, call centres with technical capabilities and also sold proprietary software to retailers to handle air time contract sales.

MPRC (mobile phone repair centre) was a pioneer in reverse logistics for mobile phones and a standalone subsidiary within the group which I ran post PE sale.

Working with blue chip brands such as Tesco, BT, Vodafone, Samsung, Sony, Nokia and RIM/Blackberry.

The group was sold in 2007 to Doughty Hanson Private Equity firm by John Caudwell.

Responsible for a large DC dedicated to B&Q with over 500 colleagues and site based transport fleet.
