My objective role as area manager is increase market share, control fleet meet and exceed its profitability targets, reach customers services goals, and develop staff, responsible for customers and employees relation. Responsible for the KPI and P&L performance of  6 locations with airport branch branch .
• Oversee all main department in the region including operation (short term – lease) Accounting,   
  collection insurance, fleet management, Maintenance, government relations.
• Achievement of operational goals and financial objectives as stated in annual business planning.
• Oversee all business division, lease operation, daily/monthly rental operation/ sales and used car,  
  and developing, implement local sales and marketing initiatives. 
• Supervising all employees with inspirer them to reach for high goals encourage open discussion of 
  ideas for improving the region’s performance and challenge staff members to develop to their 
  potential.
• Team building by Select and training new Employee’s with Establish, communicate, monitor and 
  update objective for staff consistent with the company goals and objective.
• Maintain daily efficient utilization, fleet planning and management, maintenance control.
• Communicate and initiate HR associated actions and assist in resolving employee related issues 
  and internal conflicts in line with HR policies.
• Negotiation and managing the service providers with my supervisor’s team.
• Conducted key performance indicator meetings with the team to analyze performance and 
  address areas of concern.
• Understand  and used operating  statements effectively which lead to meet / Exceed established 
  revenue goals  
• Create an “owner ship” culture with focus on sales and customers service.
• Created and choose new locations with visibility study which lead to achieve fleet utilization and 
  depreciation goals with high revenue .

• Establish new division of business in hotels (Jeddah western – Al –Hamra sofitel) and developing, 
  monitoring strategies for ensuring the long term of the work in it by good way.
• Responsible for planning budgeting of sales and marketing according to company strategy.
• Motivating & coaching the sales team by managing and supervision the sales process as per 
  company standards in order to achieve the best sales closing.
