Manage+- 24 staff members.
Ensure that daily production procedures, targets and quality standards are met in According to FSSC and Halaal standards, company quality specifications and regulations and equipment capacity.
Manage, maintain and oversee all production resources, method analysis and continuously train and motivate staff.
Maintain and oversee key performance indicators, resources, raw and packaging materials, cost saving targets, overall equipment efficiency, quality control, plant trials and resolve customer queries and complaints.
Knowledge of equipment, work measurement, plant layout, production cycles and functionality.
Liaise with on-site laboratory regarding research and development, daily product testing, customer complaints and returns as well as production methods, performance and recyclable materials.
Assess all project and resource requirements through regular meetings with sales, maintenance, logistics as well as management. 
Establishing all shift production schedules considering budgets vs man hours vs productivity and good manufacturing practices.
Estimate, negotiate and agree timescales with senior management where necessary.
Daily production planning and forecasting.
Stock Control i.e. regular stock counts of all finished goods and Raw Materials. 
Ensure that daily raw materials and production requirements are maintained.
Planning and overseeing daily cleaning and the weekly sterilization processes.
Liaising with buyers and assist with selecting, ordering and purchasing of all raw materials and packaging.
Ensure the efficient processing of incoming recyclable materials while maintaining end product quality standards.
Minimize raw material wastage and production costs.

Production Manager

Oversee the daily production operations, ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that all production goals are met.
Manage 4 Production Lines with an average Total output of 800 tons p/month.
Manage +- 350 staff members.
Minimize losses and maximize profit through various cost saving strategies in all areas of the business.
Facilitate as well as oversee all maintenance as well as preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
Systems and policies integration and implementation.
Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Prepare and submit production reports to Senior Management on a regular basis or upon request.
Ensure that daily production standards, quality as well as targets are met.
Ensure the efficient processing of incoming recyclable materials.
Recruit, coach and mentor staff to ensure performance targets are being met.
Achievement of budgetary and cash flow goals to ensure the long-term viability of the plant.
Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are being met by supporting and participating in regular Health & Safety meetings.
Assist with implementation of all Health and Safety Standards and Practices i.e Fire and Safety including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) practices and procedures in preparation for compliancy.

Facilitate as well as oversee all maintenance as well as preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
Systems and policies integration and implementation.
Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
