Sales Development - Outbound - Asia & Oceania

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify enterprise-level prospects, leverage diverse tools (Zoominfo, Lusha, Slintel) for lead generation, and communicate product value effectively.

Outreach & Engagement: Initiate strategic outreach via multiple channels (SFDC, Outreach, 6sense, Drift, SalesNav, Regia.ai, ChatGPT) craft compelling messages, and conduct discovery calls to assess needs.

Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads against predefined ICP criteria, gather crucial prospect information, and maintain detailed CRM records.

Collaboration: Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive lead profiles and fostering team alignment.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge, continually improve sales development skills, and adapt outreach strategies to market changes.

Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs, including lead conversion rates, outreach metrics, and pipeline contributions, and provide insightful reports to assess lead generation effectiveness.

Mentoring: Provide guidance and coaching to team members, helping them improve their prospecting, communication, and qualification skills using AI tools. 

Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies, including target audience identification and messaging tactics.

Outreach Strategy: Plan and optimize outreach approaches, encompassing channels like phone calls, emails, social media, and more.

Enterprise BDR - Asia & Oceania

1st SDR for ANZ, APAC Region. 

Work on assigned leads through various lead sources like - Demo, Upgrade, Pricing quote, Chat and Partner channels. 

Call, email, Socialize and convert prospects into Meetings and then to Sales Accepted opps. 

Conduct first level discovery to qualify leads and set up meetings for AE's. 

Outbounding into assigned inbound leads to increase conversion percentage.

Provide guidance and coaching to team members, helping them improve their prospecting, communication, and qualification skills using AI tools.

Directly responsible for 3 Jr. SDR's performance and compensated based on their target achievement.

Started by SDR career as part of the Freshsales CRM NA mid Market team, and as the pandemic struck, moved to the Mid Market product-agnostic team. 

2021 - Moved to Farming NA team as a pilot project member achieving 120% SAL quote in H1 2021.
