•	Applying continuous improvement projects using tools like DMAIC ,SMED ,TPM,5S
•	Apply continuous improvement projects for some products and industrial production lines

Lean & Continues Improvement Engineer 

•	Follow up the daily production activities of home appliances’ wiring systems and cables.
•	 Responsible of monthly production plans achievement.
•	Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization of labor and machines.
•	Responsible of new components localizing project.
•	Cooperate with R&D management to modify the engineering specifications of new products for better performance and cost reduction.
•	Enhance continuous improvement culture using KAIZEN tools.
•	Coordinate and implement quality control procedures.
•	Applying statistical process control to avoid faults and take corrective and preventive actions. 
•	Daily confirmation of production orders using SAP program.
•	5S team leader in the factory
