•	Responsible for all projects and activities related to Umbrella’s clients across all mediums,
including digital and traditional

•	Maintained accurate account information and activity details in Customer Relations 
Management system, HubSpot. 

•	Coordinated with media and talent partners for various campaign deliverables and managed
annual budget.

•	Managed a database of Umbrella’s clients and worked alongside the business development 
manager to craft messaging and decks in order to acquire new clients

•	Follow up on leads and referrals of prospective new clients while maintaining and expanding 
the database of contacts within the organization.

•	Partnered with the sales and business development manager to develop and determine 
strategic sales approach

•	Analyzed engagement data and identified trends in customer interactions and planned digital campaigns to build Umbrella’s online community.

•	Content management and creating a compelling editorial calendar for Umbrella’s social media channels to ensure company goals are met.

•	Consistently grew Umbrella’s monthly twitter followers by an average of 2000+ new followers over a period of 9 months.
