• Supervision of Materiel Logistics, including the efficient tracking and management of resources.
• Overseeing the export of materials and raw materials as the Export Manager.
• Devising a comprehensive logistics strategy to handle the Park's operations and expenditure.
• Evaluating the profitability of different types of equipment to optimize resource allocation.
• Leading and managing a diverse team of over 10 professionals, including cargo handlers, drivers, and welders.
• Assisting the Procurement Manager and IT Manager during the implementation phase of the new IT solution "Odoo."

Logistics Manager

• Project: "Creation of a Central Purchasing and Logistics Department".
• Objective: The project aimed to reorganize our purchasing and logistics functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Purchasing Reorganization: The project involved segmenting the portfolio to better categorize purchases and enable more focused management. Comprehensive procedures were elaborated, and automated solutions like "Project Purchasing Plan Generation" and "Supplier Evaluation" were successfully implemented.
• Logistics Procedure Development: As part of the project, robust logistics procedures were created, with special emphasis on transportation and inventory management.
• By undertaking this initiative, we optimized our procurement and logistics operations, streamlined processes, and ultimately improved overall performance and cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.

Intern in Purchasings Management

Marjane Holding

My internship with Marjane Beni mellal was an observation/worker internship of one month, from the 1st to the 31st of July. I was assigned to the food department’s liquid ray.

I participated throughout the internship to perform several tasks. In fact, I worked with the Liquide team to do every morning: 
                         • Restocking: take the goods out of the reserve in case of shortage.
                         • storage of merchandise in gondolas, gondola heads, podiums and baskets.

   - Also, I sometimes answer calls from the cashier to show the code for items that do not contain it.                       
   - During this period, I also had the opportunity to participate in the SOPs (promotion, operation, sport).
   - Also during the internship's period, I did participate to the drawn up of the list of price changes and the 
     valued receipt slip.
