Task:

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Advising on short to long-term business and financial planning
- In charge of indirect (VAT) and direct tax  review and filling
- Preparation of monthly and yearly packages to be reported in the product line HQ in Houston, to identify, results and trends
- Cost accounting
- Preparing budget and forecast
- Monitoring internal controls: Understanding, reviewing and implementing SOX requierement in the risk control matrix
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Board of director member
- Review, improve and implementation accounting controls and processes 
- Manage and Coach team

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager / CFO

Tasks:

- Transfer pricing: design and implementation of Schlumberger worldwide transfer pricing model
- Analysis of global SSO (Shared Services & Outsourcing) data.
- Deal with local tax managers and Group top managers
- Manage a team of 5 people (2 directly and 3 remotely)
- In charge of Know ledge transfer
- Preparing local statutory accounts and ensuring compliance within filing deadlines.
- Preparing monthly indirect Tax declaration (VAT/DEB/DES) 
- Preparing tax reports for management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (including Tax Provision Models & Balance Sheet notes)  
- Preparing corporate tax returns on yearly basis
- Assisting in tax and legal audits and appeals as per french requirements (including preparation of schedules and liaison with Tax officers where necessary)
- Preparation of Balancesheet notes
- Design and Implementation of accounting and control process
