•	In charge of recruitment, training and development, compensation, staff welfare, workplace health and facilities. Formulates policies and supervises policy and legal compliance. 
•	Responsible for management of the activities concerning internal equity, salaries, variale compensation and benefits policies adopted by the company. Guarantees that the programs and systems related to the area meet the company’s business strategies, procedures and policies as well legal requirements and regulations

•	Led a team of 150 employees for the daily operations of facility management service provider

•	Attained 80% booking of Adventure Center facilities through Ministry Of Education (MOE) schools and external organisations 
•	Piloted the first Facility Services management system for Adventure Centre  under ISS Facility Services successfully
•	Conducted Certified Conducting Officer (CCO) course for MOE teaching staff and external instructors
