My job responsibilities as follows:
*Creating central files which include seperate grid files and linking cleaned up CAD files to Ghost file.
*Creating Project templates and content as per project specification.
*Attending design review meetings following up with consultants to obtain missing information and resolving Design issues.
*Generating Bim model by incorporating architecture/structure/MEP services. Coordinating Between Various disciplines. Identifying clashes between services and rectifying them prior to execution at site.
*Extracting Clash Detection report in Navisworks and generating a clash free Coordinated model in Revit.
*Analyzing the AutoCAD drawings issued by consultants to Raise RFI's for any missing information.
*Extracting Quantities and supporting timely Procurement of materials in required Quantities using.
*Each and every elements Properties extraction by using COBie extension in Revit.
*Preparing Bill of Quantities.
*Making Presentation Of BIM model to assist team members of each level of to understand detailing required to execute at the site.

Job responsibilities.. 
-Setup drawings and make it ready for team to work on
-Review project files for compliance with Standards/protocols
-Implement best practice procedures
-Assisting Engineers in drawing production
-Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models
-Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline.
-Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination
