It isn’t always possible to reach a settlement. My expertise focuses around using dispute resolution to reach a formal, final and binding solution. I am experienced in resolving construction disputes through international arbitration across the Asia Pacific and the Middle East as well as through litigation in the Hong Kong courts. Now I know lawyers don’t have the best reputation when it comes to fees. I don’t do unrealistic, low-ball quotes. I find it distasteful to drag out disputes. I won’t make things more complicated, just to get paid more money. I’m grateful that my clients say that I’m good at what I do.
