Practically speaking, this means we work together to identify what you want to achieve, the risks you’re willing to take and what success looks like for your business. It isn’t always possible to reach a settlement. My expertise focuses around using dispute resolution to reach a formal, final and binding solution. I am experienced in resolving construction disputes through international arbitration across the Asia Pacific and the Middle East as well as through litigation in the Hong Kong courts. Now I know lawyers don’t have the best reputation when it comes to fees. I don’t do unrealistic, low-ball quotes. I find it distasteful to drag out disputes. I won’t make things more complicated, just to get paid more money. I’m grateful that my clients say that I’m good at what I do.
