• Designed and coordinated robotic assembly line operations to assemble automotive parts flawlessly and produce over 100 car doors in a shift.
• Oversaw schedules and production processes, applying different lean techniques to reduce waste and greatly increase output and operational effectiveness.
• Looked into complaints of sections, assemblies, machinery, and systems that were broken, damaged, or not working properly. Identified problems with diligence and carried out solutions to guarantee smooth production processes and adherence to quality requirements.
• Strict adherence to industry standards was ensured by implementing and monitoring quality control methods, which led to a much lower number of faults and an improvement in the overall quality of the product.
