Mohan has over 36 years of Sales, Marketing & Management experience with several multi national companies, involving in credit card products, publications and pay-tv business. He is currently a Lead Consultant Trainer for Way2Success Resources and the Head of Learning & Development for Jasacare Sdn Bhd. Mohan is a certified HRDF Trainer by Human Resources Ministry, Malaysia and Certified Professional Coach by Federation University Australia (formerly known as University of Ballarat) As an entrepreneur and owner of multiple wellness retail outlets in Selangor, Mohan is actively involved in sales and soft skills training for the sales personnels from various organisations. He also provides coaching as part of human resource development for individuals. For his corporate social responsibility initiatives, he was appointed as Timbalan Penguasa RELA (Bersekutu) by Ministry of Home Affairs on 10th November 2017 and a member of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) in 2018. He is also a freelance facilitator for Peace Education Program (PEP) by The Prem Rawat Foundation (tprf.org).
