Recruitment Consultant

Talreso Consultancy and Advisory

•	Involves in 180 recruitment which focuses more on candidates

•	Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring candidates for high-volume roles, such as entry-level, as well as for high-level executive positions.

•	Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

•	Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication, and effectively managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.

•	Coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating candidate assessments.

•	Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, resumes, and application materials.

•	Manage the candidate experience by providing timely and responsive communication and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

•	Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status and answering any questions they may have.

Recruitment Coordinator Consultant

Khazanah Nasional Berhad

I was placed in Leadership Development and Talent Projects team. Through this work experience, I learnt on competencies and their importance for a company's future. My role was to implement divisions competencies into Khazanah's HR System, helping executives to upload files into the system and also creating a readable "Career Path" to the system based on the given Org Chart.

I am also exposed on helping to schedule meeting between divisions in SHCM through Outlook. I helped in creating step-by-step "UserGuides" for LDTP teams through Microsoft PowerPoint. Other than that, I've created surveys using MS Forms. I also presented my mini project to the executives on "SHCM Younger Generations Understanding of ESG"

Executive Assistant (Admin)

General Assembly

I had the opportunity of exploring into something unfamiliar to me which is Digital Marketing. In this programme, I had learn on how to market products through various social media platforms. I had to learn on how to use multiple analytical tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager. The programme also teaches on how to design UX website for marketing purposes. Ultimately, I had to create a marketing plan and project. The project was then presented to the instructor and to the attended participants in the programme.

MyStep Programme 2021 (Graduate Trainee)

Asiamark Travel Sdn. Bhd.

My role in this company is to handle clients data. I had to filled in the incomplete data set with their required informations. There were around 20 thousands data that needed to be filled in. I manage to finish the task in the required timeline. It was necessary to be attentive and to give high level of attention to make sure the data are correctly placed.

Administrative Intern

I helped to transcribe Master's research in tourism related field and I had the chance to transcribe different accents of English. It is a work that require immaculate amount of attention as the accents may vary from one speaker to another

Haziq is a dedicated professional currently serving on Edwards Lifesciences' Talent Acquisition team as a coordinator for the APAC region such as Malaysia, Singapore, India, Korea, Thailand, New Zealand, and Australia.
