Lead the Facilities Management team that is responsible for 64 sites, 200 cars, 6 cafeterias and a 24/7 employee facilities service portal that includes a call and SMS system. .
 
Selected accomplishments:
•	Spearhead a project that is aimed at increasing the aesthetics of all facilities, creating a more modern and clean design. Deliver the remodeling projects on time and within the specified budget. 
•	Develop internal talent by rotating jobs, identifying high potential candidates and promoting individuals from within. 
•	Implement the HR strategy for the entire division. Positively drive employee engagement by 87% favorable while reducing overall turnover by 40%.
•	Acquire qualified talent from outside sources when internal candidates are not present. Create a brand for the organization to attract the top performing job seekers

Unilever Pakistan

Paired resources with the supply chain management team across Pakistan. Determined staffing resources needed for specific projects and procured the highest quality talent. Created strategically sound plans of action for all aspects of HR in Supply Chain accross country. 
Selected accomplishments:
•	Championed a cost savings program that analyzed and negotiated the bonuses and other benefits of all employees. Met and exceeded the operating expenditure savings targets in the employee cost related areas. Successfully saved an average of around 100 Million PKR for a year.
•	Determine strategy to increase the number of satisfied employees in the workplace. Average employee satisfaction was 90% in Supply Chain teams particularly the manufacturing.

• Identify Capability Building Plans for teams within the Support functions - HR, Finance and Supply Chain.
•Drive Personal Development Planning process and other key Development process in each of the businesses and ensure that this process is completed on time.
• Identify core Professional Skills required to deliver the Current business plans and strategies for support functions
•Point of contact for generating information on Quarterly updates for the Regional HRBP’s i.e. Man power no’s, diversity statistics, SWAP’s, STEP’s, Secondments, HP Listing, Leadership Differentiation tools and the Functional Resource Committees.

Human Resource Business Partner - Support Function ( Supply Chain, Finance, IT and HR)

•Support the Transformational Outsourcing manager in the professional management of various service providers and their employees assigned for various jobs in the manufacturing units. 
•Interacts with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of Employee Relations activity in the spirit of One Unilever.
• One of the Key People Responsible to drive / contribute towards change. Keeping in view Unilever Pakistan’s strategy to draw up aligned HR strategies which will be cost effective and fuel growth in the market Place within factory HR
•Direct responsibility for seamless execution of all transformation projects in the manufacturing facilities e.g. TPM, restructuring etc.
•Lead the implementation of behaviour change of people from “us and them” attitude towards “we” in the manufacturing sites through various one team initiatives and vitality drives
Selected accomplishments:
•	Successfully closed operations at a factory with zero HR issues. Seamlessly integrated employees back in to the workplace both inside and outside of Unilever.
•	Launched a program to link the negotiated bonus with performance for the factory workers. This happened for the first time in the 3 decades history of Unilever Pakistan.
•	Launched a web-based performance management system. Increased ease of use by 100% over previous methodology while simultaneously increasing data accessibility. 
•	Led the Blue Collar Transformation Projects in Asia, reporting progress to the Supply Chain HR Director for Asia in Singapore. Delivered all projects on time and within the specified parameters.

Corporate Employee Relations Head

1. Led the Entire Negotiations portfolio at the National and Individual Factory Level.
2. Led the restructuring of the Beverages Business, Closing down a major plant with all settlements, Government Relations and Political Handling.
3. Transformed the way of work to adapt some modern practices related to blue collar workforce in the factories.

National Employee Relations Manager

Unilever HPC Factory

•Develop and execute the ER Strategies in coordination with the Head of ER 
•Manage approximately 300+ unionized employees
•Secure the right climate and working environment within the factory with the unionized employees and management. Build relationship with union and facilitate business/process improvements through union discussions
•Address employee grievances and ensure that the engagement levels of the factory are very high with full motivation.
•Lead in a seamless manner the outsourcing at site and ensure zero non-compliances with law or Unilever Global Labour Standards.
•Creating a smooth interface between management and CBA in order to implement all business thrusts on time in the desired manner addressing the concerns of all relevant stakeholders ( Unions and management of the factories, legal representatives and government institutions)
• Manage the CSR agenda at the Site 
Selected accomplishments:
•	Transformed the culture to adopt all new policies and procedures. Integrated new and emerging strategies in to the workplace to increase productivity and profitability significantly. 
•	Spearheaded the creation of a new employee development and training program. Conducted a needs assessment and provided employees with necessary training to further their job skills and careers. 
•Spearheaded the Education and Training Agenda of the factory unit leading towards the successful accomplishment of TPM level 1 award, A – rated in Unilever Quality and Consumer Safety Award and ISO 9000, 14000 and OHSAAS certifications.

Participated in a short-term expatriation program to develop and further my career with Unilever. Learned valuable skills and resources that could be translated in to future success in Pakistan. 
Selected accomplishments:
•	Developed an employer branding process that assisted Unilever in creating a brand image and corporate culture for employees. Simultaneously increased the overall satisfaction and engagement of all employees.
•	Worked tirelessly to streamline and simplify HR processes within each individual unit. Communized forms, procedures and databases to increase overall administrative efficiency and align them with the newly launched Dave Ulrich HRBP model.
•	Developed and launched an HR Information System from conception stage to deployment with 99% accurate data generation real time. 
•	Launched a new Skill Profiling Tool and Skill Dictionary that assisted managers, recruiters and other staff with identifying skills necessary to fill certain positions.
