1.GPM (Gross Merchandise Value per Mille)-I don't care about views. 

I care about dollars earned per 1,000 views. A creator with 5k followers and a $500 GPM is worth 10x more than a 100k creator with a $10 GPM.

2.The "Ugly" Aesthetic- Highly polished videos often fail on TikTok Shop. 

Sometimes a video wuth 2M views get zero comversions and then a 50k videi will bring in 100+ orders in few hours

Look for creators with bad lighting but insane energy. They feel real. They sell.

3.The "Reply" Ratio- Check their comments. Are they replying to questions about the product? 

High engagement in comments = high trust = high conversion.

You will find hidden gems who will kill for a sample and actually generate ROI.

TikTok Shop Live Stream Psychology (Retention is Revenue)

Your Live Stream isn't failing because of your product. It's failing because you are boring.

Here is a complete framework-

Concept: The "3-Second Loop" of Live Selling.

TikTok is a dopamine machine. If your Live Stream is just a QVC segment, you are dead.

You need to engineer "Retention Spikes" every 3 minutes.

•Minute 0-3: The Hook. "Stop scrolling! If you have [Problem], watch this." Hold the product close to the lens.
•Minute 3-6: The Demo. Don't just talk about it. Destroy it. Use it. Show the "Wow" factor visually.
•Minute 6-9: The Flash Offer. "For the next 5 minutes ONLY, we are dropping the price to $X. The timer is on the screen.

Create urgency when the flash deal is running for 5 minutes.

Repeat.
