Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna Dedialo  from KlasJet , a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group  

We exchanged industry insights, discussed how KlasJet is staying ahead by expanding its VIP B737 fleet, and explored what sets them apart in a competitive charter market.

→ India’s ultra-wealthy are opting for long-haul, cross-border charters more than ever before.

→ In Africa, business aviation is quietly accelerating thanks to infrastructure investments and increased accessibility.

It’s not just about more jets.

• New priorities
• A new class of time-sensitive, globally mobile decision-makers

Meanwhile, Europe tightens aviation regulation.

But the Global South? It’s scaling fast.

This isn’t the future of private aviation, it’s already happening.

At Velari jets, we’ve learned that clients rarely say these things out loud, but they always feel them:

What’s something your clients never see, but would be surprised you do for them?

Nobody prepares you for the pressure of high standards.

Not the kind you chase. The kind you set, and then have to live up to, every day.

When I started Velari jets, I didn’t just want to offer private flights. I wanted to build something that UHNW clients could trust without second-guessing.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
The higher your standard, the fewer excuses you get.

You don’t get to blame the operator.
Or the timezone.
Or the weather.

You own the outcome, even when the variables aren’t yours.

It’s a heavy weight to carry.
But it’s also the reason clients stay.

Because in a world full of noise, the rarest luxury isn’t speed or style

It’s someone who always shows up the right way, no matter what.

That’s what I aim to be.
That’s what I ask from everyone who works with me.

Not perfection.
Just accountability, and the hunger to raise the bar even higher.

What’s one standard you refuse to compromise on, no matter how inconvenient it gets?

You don’t build a brand. You become it.

When I started Velari jets, people asked:

“What’s your differentiator?”
“Why would someone choose you?”

At the time, I thought it was:
• Better service
• Faster response times
• Nicer jets, better network

But now I realize, it’s deeper than that.

Clients don’t just buy flights.

They buy trust.
They buy clarity under pressure.
They buy someone who never disappears when things get complicated.

The truth is:

Every decision I make reflects the standard I want this brand to represent.
And that means I don’t get to separate the business from myself.

If I’m late, the brand is late.
If I cut corners, the brand does too.
If I take the easy way out, the brand loses its edge.

Being a founder isn’t a role. It’s a responsibility. One that shows up in every message, every deal, every delay, especially when no one’s watching.

That’s why I’m obsessed with details.
That’s why I lose sleep when something feels “off.” 

Because if Velari jets is going to be world-class, it starts with me showing up that way, daily.
