Owning and managing the Growth Systems strategy, including marketing automation software, outbound prospecting tools, sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and other growth tools.

Collaborating with the Revenue Systems, Product, and Data teams to develop a system architecture that supports revenue growth, enhances customer experience, improves team efficiency, and generates valuable insights.

Overseeing, scoping, and architecting the development of scalable solutions for that can meet the evolving needs of the business, while also being easy to repeat and maintain.

Managing operations and processes of core growth systems (including lead management, data enrichment flows, outbound prospecting, and data governance, GDPR compliance) to enhance efficiency, productivity, and data integrity across the revenue organization.
