Leeds-based community support and wellbeing specialist, currently looking for opportunities within the local community, social prescribing, and wellbeing support. I am a passionate community worker with a creative approach to encouraging sustainable health and well-being for individuals through their engagement in the local area. I am driven by engaging and encouraging positive access through building links in communities. I Teach yoga to the local area; I continue to build an accessible and affordable space. I co create and facilitate a football group with a Leeds based Health care organisation for individuals who have less access to sport facilities. I have forged links with Bevan Health care, Power League and other local organisations to maximise the access to this.
