Hi! I’m Molly. I’m a CIM-certified Content Team Lead at Leeds-based agency, Flaunt Digital. I specialise in helping to elevate brands through engaging, SEO-focused content across both B2B and B2C sectors. Experience: I have over 7 years of experience in marketing, primarily focused around my deep-rooted love for writing. Throughout my career I’ve uncovered my strength in building and nurturing lasting client relationships. I believe working openly and collaboratively with clients is the key to success. Current Role: As Content Lead at Flaunt Digital, I steer several clients, taking an Account Manager-style role. At Flaunt, we do things a little differently in that we don’t employ AMs or ADs. Instead, we cut out the middle-man by putting our clients directly in the hands of the team members who are producing the work for them. We believe this ensures better comms, a clearer understanding of client needs, and ultimately, more successful results. This brings lots of diversity to my daily role, allowing me to balance my love for writing and content alongside my passion for people and problem-solving. As well as managing day-to-day client content, I deliver bespoke TOV Workshops to aid businesses in refining their voice and brand values. This builds authentic connections with target audiences, which underpins everything from customer retention to brand exposure and more. Personal Interests: Outside of work I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends and family and staying active. I have a particular interest in interior design, fashion, wellness, Pilates, mental health advocacy and sustainability.
