Hi, I’m Mona 👋🏻 As a Behaviour Analyst, I utilise the Science of Human Behaviour and Emotional Intelligence (EI) to transform my clients and/or audience into their best self. I focus my thought leadership on the future of EI through Speaking (corporate and keynote), Training, Coaching and Writing. I have extensive background in the personal development industry, with experience in mental wellness and emotional fitness, corporate international marketing and education. I have worked with corporate and government-linked organisations, youths-at-risk, as well as humanitarian endeavours. I hold a MSc. in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), and a PGD in Psychotherapy & Counselling. I have trained and spoken at numerous corporate, government and non-profit organisations, conferences and forums on EI, Psychological First Aid (PFA), Employee Development, Leadership, Corporate Wellness, Mental Health and Emotional Fitness. I proactively pursue lifelong learning to upgrade my qualifications and skill sets so as to keep abreast of new developments in human behaviour research, the training as well as education industry in order to give the best to my clients and audience. In my personal capacity, I am an adventurer and investor, and I find joy in humanitarian endeavours, including an orphanage in Indonesia, and Kathmandu, Nepal. I also enjoy outdoor adventure like trekking, caving, kayaking, mountain climbing and backpacking.
