• Drove the long-term vision and strategy for Groups, which resulted in a multi-year roadmap for the Facebook Communities organization. Worked across teams and with cross-functional leadership to realize this vision over the years, including best-in-class admin tools leveraging automation, community verticals and launching core surfaces for Groups and Events.
• Led the Facebook Design organization’s Emerging Talent program in partnership with Recruiting, resulting in 50+ interns and new graduates hired across the company over the past 4 years.

• Grew and led the design and content strategy teams at OfferUp, the largest mobile marketplace in the US
• Implemented company-wide processes to up-level product and brand design including principles, design system, design tools and templates, quality goals, sprints and reviews.
