With over 16 years of experience in Sales, PR, Marketing, Event Management and Corporate Wellness, for the past 13 years I have created and implemented corporate wellness programs for top companies in Romania, being a team member of the most recognized corporate wellbeing providers in Romania: Max Relax and Wellington. I am one of the few persons that have both the International Corporate Wellness Specialist and Worksite Wellness Specialist Certification in Romania and Eastern Europe. I have worked at small companies, mainly start-ups, with teams where each member had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the business. In all these businesses (100% Romanian, by the way) I've learned about how a magazine is created, how to organize an event, how to create new products, how to promote and sell, how to recruit and train people, how to make procedures, how to network, how to speak in public, how to make order out of chaos... I always put all my soul and energy into what I did, I got involved as much as I could and as much as my body and mind could handle. Since August 2021 I decided that my own wellbeing is top priority and took a Wellness Sabbatical that would allow me to better take care of myself, pursue a Health Coach Certification and realign with my dreams and life goals. 2022 brought more clarity and here I am starting a new journey: as the business owner of ENERGIZE MY BUSINESS. I want to be able to use my experience to give a boost to other businesses that need a partner full of energy, ideas, and solutions. I want to help build a healthy business from head to tail.
