Geek Squad Manager
Responsible for the end-to-end operation of the Geek Squad department. Accountable for leading a team of Agents, ensuring a world class Client experience and driving exceptional business results.
•	Responsible screening and hiring individuals that create a culture that drives a world-class Client experience and ensure Client experience is in line with company goal or budget while collecting feedback to business partners to facilitate continuous improvement.
•	Creates a culture of urgency around execution and performance and held responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to enable each Agent’s full potential.
•	Effectively manages a diverse workforce by ensuring consistent execution of employee processes including pro-active talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring, promotions, and development in partnership with store leadership team.
•	Ensure quality performance and development conversations including formal and informal check-in sessions.
•	Ensures the Agent team adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
•	Responsible for providing insight to the General manager related to department P&L analysis, overall performance and action planning
•	Accountable for department expense management and making decisions that positively impact the store P&L.
•	Analyze department performance indicators against company business strategies and goals and develops plans to improve the business in partnership with the General Manager.
