A personal mission of mine is to empower the next generation of female leaders in STEM and I am excited to be a part of 21st Century Girls to help nurture female innovators. Before becoming a business founder I trained for several years with large financial institutions such as JP Morgan, BNP Paribas Fortis, Dresdner Commerzbank and Goldman Sachs working on emerging markets (BRICS) and equity derivatives. I grew up in India and won full international scholarships to attend college and university in the US and UK. Books, music, food and travel are my default settings. The magic of our own everyday experiences transformed by new technologies gives me the same wow that I got spending my childhood afternoons in my parents' biochemistry lab looking into their microscopes and marveling at all that is essential but invisible to the naked eye.
