•	Led the setting up of KPMG Board Leadership Center in India to improve the standards of corporate governance. Conducted several events and published thought leadership on matters affecting board members. Some of the publication include “Building a great board”, “Imperatives of high performing board”, “Calibrating risk and strategy: a board’s perspective and several press releases and did business development worth one crore+ for the organization
•	To bridge the gap of a low number of women at the board level conducted training workshops across the country for 5000+ aspiring women board members on governance, roles and responsibilities, regulatory changes, diversity, and other matters affecting corporate governance. Manage several strategic alliances including the Directors’ Collective, Women Corporate Directors (USA), CII (India), FICCI-Flo (India), and other top industry organizations. This considerably increased the number of women who were board ready.

•	 Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) with regards to Commercial Banking streamlining. Provide thought leadership and understand product/segments business requirements and interpret data for meaningful analysis to save bank $50 Million USD. Implement key change initiatives within Global CMB, Regional CMB, Country CMB teams along with other global functional teams. Responsible for benefits management, ensuring that the benefits have been properly scoped, plans are in place to track and interventions are planned to support benefits realization.
•	Led implementation of complex regulatory and compliance program at the country level of worth $ 100 million and provided MI reports to senior stakeholders. Acted as a centerpiece of all decision-making and give direction to 50+ team and facilitated easy implementation of the program. Translated complex regulatory guidelines and into workplans for implementation. 
•	Implemented global standards across the bank by leveraging best in class practices from the industry thereby improving the processes from lending to credit cards to KYC collection process in the bank. Worked on IT business requirements, developed communication and training modules and work with several vendors including BCG, E&Y etc.

Prepared regulatory and compliance documents, did technology assessment, and managed the vendor. Key clients included the Department of Defense, US Navy,  water utilities in southern California, Oil and Gas Companies.
• Managed complex environmental/water projects and used data to prepare reports and presentations for the clients. Developed knowledge of key environmental regulations related to the oil and gas, power industries. Managed fieldwork and reported on metrics like environmental health, safety, utilization score. Prepared marketing plan and led the business development efforts to grow the division by 20%.
