The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Credit department with various aspects of day to day operations: deduction management, researching, credit references, provide customers with copies of invoices, statements and learn cash applications.

Credit Coordinator

•	Partnered with marketing and human resources to launch global corporate sustainability, health 
        and wellness programs
•	Assist in planning office events
•	Created office procedures and workflow process manual
•	Responsible for onboarding new hires, training receptionist and administrative assistants
•	Provide administrative support to an office of 120 employees.

•	Partner with service providers and serve as office point-of-contact for building maintenance
