Hands-on leadership of project engineering (equipment sourcing and installation, process and packaging development), process engineering (OEE, safety, and quality improvement of existing production lines), and facilities projects. •	Champions Production, Maintenance and Engineering cross-functional team to support implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and AM (Autonomous Maintenance) within the plant.
•	Ensures safety regulations are followed and properly documented.
•	Provides guidance and support to develop technical documents (Standard Operating Procedures, Preventive Maintenance, One Point Lessons, System Training Manuals, On-the-Job Training) to support GMP operations in supervised departments.
•	Champions social responsibility initiatives (carbon emission, waste, and pollution reduction).
