I am the CEO of DDB Chicago, with over 20 years experience in global, US and local marketing leadership roles. I was most recently Leo Burnett Australia's CEO, and before that TBWA’s Global Co-Chief Strategy Officer based in LA with Agathe Guerrier, and Leo Burnett Chicago’s Co-President and CSO, with Britt Nolan. I am passionate about the business of creativity, and the potential for ideas to grow businesses in ways they never thought possible. "Creativity has the power to transform human behaviour" - but its potential to use this change to drive commercial leaps for organisations is where its potency lies. This is what I help businesses unlock. I bring a unique blended background forged in strategic roles across media, creative agencies, and TV networks. I've steered some of the world’s leading brands to new heights by helping them foster fresh relationships with their audiences built for the possibility of the modern connections landscape; from making Coors Light the one you “chill” with when the world gets a little much, to making Kraft the one parents can count on to give them a moment of release, to making Australia’s Bundy Rum the most interactive fun you can bring to a BBQ, making more than 200 pieces of content available only when you connect your phone to the can. I've won Cannes Lions, D&AD's, Clios and One Show awards, among many others. During my tenure in Chicago I was named a Woman to Watch by Ad Age the same year they made Leo Burnett an Agency to Watch under Britt and my leadership. Proudly, the work I've helped steward into the world has been spoofed by Stephen Colbert, and labelled both "groundbreaking" and "outrageous" in equal measure. And when I'm not partnering with my clients to steer their reinvention, I'm reinventing models, growing hybrid, high-performing teams and re-imagining agencies; from building Starcom’s global co-creation studio, the Human Experience Centre, to co-authoring the modern evolution of TBWA’s global operating model DisruptionX, to creating Leo Burnett’s original experience hub, Connect.
