As a PMP® certified Application Team Lead with a Computer Science degree and over 18 years of experience in software development and project management, I have delivered value and met stakeholders' needs across various domains and sectors. I have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and quality assurance, as well as a pragmatic approach and sound business acumen. Currently, I lead a team of eight developers at Tadweer, the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company, where I oversee the design, development, and implementation of web applications and software solutions for waste management and environmental services. I work closely with the project manager, the quality department, and the stakeholders to ensure the requirements are clear, within scope, and according to expectations. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and efficient systems that support the vision and mission of Tadweer and contribute to the sustainability and well-being of the community.
