- Inspire the team to create aspirational photography for the Fenwick website

- Managing & sending out call sheets daily to the entire studio teams & relevant freelancers are aware of which studio they need to be in and what products they will be shooting. Actioning any last minute amendments & sent out in a timely manner

Operations Coordinator

- First point of contact for all photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists and assistants within the studio
- Led several e-commerce photoshoots simultaneously on a daily basis, ensuring photography is of its highest standard and adheres to all shoot guidelines, pushing back for reshoots when necessary
- Video capture for footwear and unrec photo shoots
- Liaised with Shoot Operations, Retouch and QC to guarantee smooth running of all shoots
- Ensure each studio achieves their daily product shoot target of 50-60 products
- Resolved shoot issues in a timely manner, guiding other photographers how to shoot difficult images in an efficient and quality way 
- Worked closely with Shoot Ops to check product scheduling meets targets and requirements
- Resourced and booked freelance teams in accordance to schedule needs and budgeting requirements, including last minute sickness cover
- On-boarded new freelance photographers and stylists when necessary to expand our pools
- Call sheet and freelance timesheet management for the still life studios
