Follow the top creators in your industry. Practice writing everyday. That would probably take you 5-10 hours a week at the beginning. 2. Hire a Ghostwriter Work with someone who already does that and have them help you create content. Content comes from weekly 30 minutes interviews. So a good ghostwriter is writing what you've already said. (Not creating stuff up). This generally could take you 1-2 hours a week. 30 minutes for a meeting, then time to review anything your ghostwriter has written for you.
