Coming from a creative background in the music industry my career has been defined by harnessing that creativity to develop products that solve meaningful problems for people, customers, and organizations. Coming from music, I naturally immersed myself in audio technology, which led to opportunities for training and entrepreneurship. From humble beginnings creating music demos in my parent's basement, I taught myself audio production, and years later, went on to work with some of the industry’s top artists in pop, urban and electronic music. I became an expert. Since then, I've learned to share my knowledge and passion with others worldwide by creating commercial online video tutorial courses in music production and software, with the cooperation of some of the world's top music companies. I quickly gained a reputation for creating some of the most comprehensive, most complete, and above all, easy-to-understand video course content on this subject matter out there. From there, I got to teach at some of the world's most elite audio schools such as Metalworks Institute, Harris Institute and Humber College, working side by side with some of the industry's most accomplished engineers and creative professionals. As these schools grew, they shifted to both online courses, and learning systems, and I was tapped to design courses from the bottom up to utilize this new technology, and of course, I dove right in. But I also got the opportunity to work in technology, develop technology products, and develop educational products and experiences that had a tremendous impact on the SAAS strategic community. I learned to apply the data-driven techniques of Product Management in tech to design effective training. Most recently I have worked as an L&D specialist on a $13B infrastructure project, designing e-learning, managing LMS systems, and leadership development.
