Morgan Bass was a Program Manager in Technology Development, Digital Experience organization. She is leading the Corporate Solutions team on the Directv merger for all impacted applications (HR / Payroll, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Big Data, and Finance). 

Other roles completed had been a IT Account Manager within her IT Department. She proactively improved business relationships with internal corporate client teams to drive/focus incoming strategic projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile Methodology. She delivered SaaS HR Performance Management, SAP SuccessFactors, an HR and People Engagement tool within AT&T. 

Morgan led the strategic planning on Corporate Solutions' IT Client Satisfaction Survey and internal IT Employee Engagement Survey. She drove organizational improvements between 1,000 internal IT Business clients and 1,000 internal IT employees, in addition to outside vendor contractors. 

She was a part of the Strategic Planning & HR/Payroll development team within the IT Corporate Solutions department. Reduced cost by adding additional Intermodal Lanes to reduce overall Transportation cost by determining which lanes could be switched from truckload to intermodal without affecting customer satisfaction. Also I reduced daily unroutable lanes for daily optimization in the i2 system to reduce cost by allowing optimal transportation routes to be selected.

Morgan Bass is currently working at IBM as a Hybrid Cloud - Client Success Manager managing a $ 10.5 M Account portfolio ($30M IBM), with Government Cloud presence. 

2021 to 2025 - Morgan accomplished one account to go from $1.2M to $7.8M usage which is a 650% increase. The only constant resource associated to that account is me.  

Morgan won three awards in 2023 for Most Unexpected Revenue brought into IBM Cloud for Worldwide and Americas sectors. Amongst her peers, she received a top award from IBM Cloud leadership for "Stretch for Expansion".

Morgan grew her second highest revenue account to her highest revenue account in Q1 2024, both accounts are on the Top 25 Highest Revenue accounts for IBM Public Cloud. It takes a team to make success happen, grateful for all my colleagues at IBM who support my Customers. Proud to be an IBMer! 

Morgan advises clients on how to effectively consume cloud services. There are many things to consider - security, policy, organizational process, etc. Morgan guides clients on how to address these aspects so that their transformations and migrations will be successful in the long-term.

Away from the office, Morgan enjoys playing Pickleball with her friends. And she was privileged enough in 2023/2024 to Co-Chair Armstrong Elementary Auction (Highland Park ISD - Dallas, Texas). The three Chairs raised $567,000 NET (record breaking in the HPISD district) in donations to support our children’s needs, the teacher’s needs to make the best environment for our children to grow and learn everyday. Our children are the future and learning is the key to success! 

Morgan was selected to be apart of The City of University Park (Texas) - Parks and Recreation Advisory committee, she is serving as a committee member for 2 years, 2024 - 2026.
