When I took on the role of Solutions Consultant, I was given a rare opportunity to choose my own adventure in our revenue org.


Part of this was being adamant about working with my colleagues in CS to help retain and expand current customers - in addition to standard sales demos and workshops.

When you follow your intuition and dive into what fascinates you, you often land where you're supposed to be. As it turns out, I'm super passionate about the customer experience and customer journey post sale!
