Focus: As a person-centred, resourceful, empathic and compassionate professional, I enjoy supporting individuals one-to-one and facilitating groups. Fluently bilingual in English and French, I find inspiration in collaborative working relationships and in teaming up with individuals and groups to help them achieve personal and professional goals. Experience: I have experience leading workshops that range from employment-related topics to mindfulness training for adults with anxiety. As well, I have provided one-to-one mentoring and advising for individuals interested in career exploration, as well as those seeking employment, emotional, and other supports. Having worked with a broad diversity of audiences, I also love helping to bridge different perspectives and facilitating communication in groups and teams. Invitation: After completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I received my designation as a Registered Clinical Counselling (RCC) from the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and as a Canadian Certified Counselling (CCC) from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
