Responsible for leading the new business (Marakanda is spin-off from eBuilder) with team of 25 in both in Stockholm and globally, including product management, engineering, data science, analytics and operations as well as also running the sales & marketing functions. 
Achievements;
•	Created and launched new company (legal + brand + portfolio) in 6 months
•	Designed, launched and sold new solution to first major customer (Softbank Mobile) within 12 months

SVP - Head of Business Unit

eBuilder

eBuilder (20 MUSD scale-up) develops and sell SaaS solutions to mid to large enterprises in the areas of after-sales logistics, procurement, travel management and after-sales support with large well known global customers as main customers.
Responsible for building and leading a new Sales, Marketing and Business Development organization with team of 10 people with focus on transforming product portfolio, sales approach and digitize marketing. 
Achievements; 
•	Signed first new major customer, Telia Company in less than 6 months (who also later became strategic investor)
•	Re-branded and re-launched company in less than 12 months
•	Create a new solution and using paid/earned media as well as account-based campaigns to quickly triple number of leads
•	Personally, secured new major investor

SVP - Chief Commercial Officer

Ericsson Sweden

Ericsson (30 BUSD) is the world largest manufacturer and seller of Mobile Networks, with everything from infrastructure, IT systems and managed services.
Part of management team in Business Unit marketing function with a special assignment to improve way of working between marketing and sales teams globally. 
Achievements;
•	Invented, found sponsor and globally launched new account based sales & marketing tool + way of working, with less than 12 months from start to finish

Director Marketing and Sales

Ericsson Japan

Part of local Ericsson Management team and responsible for a business division key account division (200 MUSD) towards a large Mobile and Fixed Telecom Operator in Japan and a team of 20 direct reports.
Achievements;
•	Increased account turnover with 95% over 3-year period
•	Developed and signed Asia’s largest telecom outsourcing agreement with 1 BUSD revenue and 1200 staff
•	Sold and delivered one of Asia first LTE/4G Mobile networks as well as large high end consulting projects, BSS/IT solutions and managed services
•	Transformed team and operational structures, with 30% increase in motivation

VP - Head of Business Division

Responsible (in addition to being head of business division) to create a new division responsible for Marketing, Customer Engagements, Business Intelligence and Strategy.
Achievements;
•	Built a new 20 people team and hired the 2 managers who later took over responsibility and joined local management team
•	Created a 100 MUSD pipeline of leads in new areas such as shared networks, IOT, IT cloud

VP - Head of Marketing, Customer Engagement and Strategy Division

Member of management team and responsible to build and lead a team of 70 people to support regional sales organization with account driven innovative marketing activities aiming to creating new leads within new and prioritized areas such as Value Creation, Mobile Broadband, Managed Services, Shared Networks, New Communication services, TV & Media and converged networks. 
Achievements;
•	Established new sales opportunities funnel of $2 billion during 2008 and $5 billion during 2009, through heavy early marketing engagements with telecom operator C-suite
•	Consolidated 3 marketing and sales units in company re-structuring with large staff layoff as result, and at the same time built and hired to create new unit with shifted focus and requirement. We came out this process with 25% increase in staff motivation

Head of Customer Business Development

Responsible for sales and profitability in our Eastern region with sales target of $300 million. My responsibility was to manage sales representative offices for Network and Multimedia solutions. We exceeded our targets with over 25%

Sales Director - Eastern Europe and Central Asia

With a globally distributed team of 20+ people I had the responsibility to develop product marketing material for our Multimedia and Service Layer product areas. We also had responsibility to support our market channels with marketing experts on product and solution.

Head of Portfolio Marketing and Sales Support

Ericsson Thailand

Member of market unit management team to build up and hire staff for this new marketing function, develop local marketing and sales plans, managing local partner community and to drive marketing projects to establish new sales. Secured the first large managed services deal in market.

VP - Marketing, Strategy and Business Development

Part of a Key Account sales leadership team with yearly revenues on $200 million. Deputy for the Division VP as well as responsible for running a sales team to secure sales in new business areas. Sold one of the globally largest Multimedia & IT projects during this period. We consistently over achieved on our targets with 30%+ during these years.

Entrepreneurial executive with 15+ years’ experience of successfully transforming B2B organisations in scale-ups as well as very large companies. Passionate about how to engage with customers and create a "people based sales & marketing" approach that are fast becoming a real possibility in the landscape of digital first world and digital meeting acceptance. Have managed large teams and small teams and done that in both business division, sales, marketing, strategy and product management functions. 

Worked internationally in all roles and have managed remote teams across the globe as well as lived in Asia for 10 years with my family.
