•	Participated in On-boarding Projects to create a sustainable and consistent on-boarding process resulting in reduced redundancy and cost saving for organization.    
•	Performed various human resources functions by utilizing HR systems-complete computer transactions with various systems.  Systems to include: employee timekeeping system, contract/contingent labor system, recruiting system, compensation/job description system, corrective action/disciplinary maintenance system, salary/pay system, and survey builder.
