I am a digital pioneer, entrepreneur, developer and researcher. I am passionate about new technologies and have a deep interest in science, economics and philosophy. Since the beginning of the last AI spring more than 20 years ago I have been working on artificial intelligence. The basis for my work is my degrees in mathematics and economics and my experience in data science, statistics, econometrics and quantitative finance as well as in software development, cloud computing and modern AI frameworks. In the start-ups I have co-founded in recent years, I focus on the application of artificial intelligence, but also build cloud-based infrastructures for the efficient and industrial provision of modern software. I also give lectures on artificial intelligence and data science, write articles on technology and I am a member of juries and expert panels. In many research projects, some of which have received state, federal or EU funding, I have worked with partners from industry and science on the application of artificial intelligence and modern technologies.
