Mo Sallah is a seasoned, multi-national and quintessential hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience in the luxury resort, boutique hotel and vacation rental management industry. Through an authentic and team-oriented leadership style, Sallah has served as a General Manager across the Caribbean and U.S. market. He has a record in excellence in creating and redesigning productivity and cost improvements that contribute to positive financial results while improving the guest experience. Sallah has experience in all facets of hospitality management including villa management, rooms division management, food and beverage management, marina operations, yield management, and revenue management. Mo Sallah's Caribbean career started at Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands followed by General Manager opportunities in Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla and then returning to the British Virgin Islands as the General Manager of Bitter End Yacht Club. Most recently, his professional journey allowed him to manage the Caribbean market and Eastern United States market for Beautiful Places, a luxury vacation rental management company based in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands and Sonoma, California. Mr. Sallah has also maintained a commercial real estate license in the United States since 2014.
