Led an offshore cross-functional team to design and develop OpSmart (Blackboard’s homegrown managed hosting solution). The application handled resource management, provisioning, monitoring & reporting for Blackboard’s implementations in over 1,000 schools and universities worldwide.

Outsourced to the Saudi Hollandi Bank as a change management consultant to lead the bank’s transformation the latest version of its core banking system (Temenos T24 - R8). Led the employee training program for 1,800 employee, allowing them to get familiar with the new system, increasing productivity, and improving customer service.

Led a team to develop and ship Next Gen (NG07), a web-based Reconciliation & Claims Management System, that later got sold to most of the major banks in Saudi Arabia to serve as their primary ATM / POS claims management system, saving them millions of Riyals in manual reconciliation labor
