✅ 1 Uploading your resume to job portals and praying for interview calls: You need to first zero in on the designation and job profile, then find the keywords and skills expected. Now create your resume using those keywords and skills.

✅ 2 Searching for a job without having your LinkedIn profile: Nowadays, most recruiters or employers will first check your digital brand on LinkedIn. Once they are convinced, only then do you get interview calls.

✅ 3 Use "Easy Apply" feature on LinkedIn: Hiring managers get more than 500 resumes via Easy Apply; hence, don't click on the button. Rather, find the hiring manager who has published the job, connect with them, and send them couple of questions related to the JD. Use ChatGPT to get the questions.

✅ 4 Sending messages to recruiters doesn't work: "I want a job, do you have a vacancy? Or here is my resume." Your job search needs to be focused on what designation you want and the company you want to work with.

✅ 5 Your resume needs to be ATS compliant: Hence, find the keywords that are relevant for your job and add them to the resume. When you share a resume, ensure you upload or share it in word format, as it is difficult for ATS to track it.

Whether you accept it don't, AI is here to stay.

AI has great potential in medical education, it can complement traditional teaching methods. But integration into existing curricula needs to be implemented thoughtfully, taking into account the ethics. 

Today's GAPSULE focuses on how AI and tools liked AIDE can leverage medical education and it's benefits. Although a lot of people might argue about ethics, but unless we get doctors and tech discuss to come to a resolution. Their is bound to be a conflict between two schools of thought.
